Lie detector test shows 'Beit Hanassi Aleph' had relations with Katsav

According to the results of a lie detector test 'Beit Hanassi Aleph,' one of the complainants in the case against Moshe Katsav, spoke the truth when she said she had had sexual relations with the former president. The results of the test were revealed on Monday when Aleph's lawyers submitted the findings to the High Court of Justice vis-à-vis their request that the court reevaluate her testimony and stage a confrontation between her and Katsav. In April, after Katsav rejected the plea bargain offered him by the state, Aleph's attorneys demanded that their client be reinserted into a revamped indictment. Her testimony had been dropped from the draft of the plea bargain due to what Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz had then termed "internal contradictions" in her version of the events.
