Man arrested on suspicion of robbing elderly person in Tel Aviv

A 44-year-old man was arrested on Thursday on suspicion that he robbed an elderly man in Tel Aviv. According to the police, the thief stole thousands of shekels from his 84-year-old victim's shirt pocket as the latter was walking on the street. Hours after the theft, police picked up the suspect. He will be brought to court later Thursday for a hearing on his remand.
