Man badly injured, 2 lightly hurt in collision between truck, car

A man was seriously injured and two others were lightly hurt Thursday in a collision between a car and a truck near Migdal Ha'emek. Police said the accident occurred after the car swerved from its lane and crashed head-on into the truck in the opposite lane. Two of the casualties were taken to Ha'emek Hospital in Afula and one was evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
