Man who killed 3 in crash under drug influence given 3 years in prison

A Netanya court on Tuesday sentenced a young man to three years in prison for causing a 2006 car accident that killed three people. Yonatan Sobinsky, 24, was convicted of driving under drug the influence when he lost control of the vehicle, strayed into the opposite lane and slammed into another car, killing its three passengers and seriously injuring the fourth - all of them in their twenties. Sobinsky also received a NIS 36,000 fine and his driver's license was revoked for 40 years.
