Ofakim man arrested on suspicion of murdering brother

A 60-year-old man was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of stabbing his brother to death and slitting his throat in Ofakim, in southern Israel. Magen David Adom paramedics were unable to resuscitate the victim. Police arrested the victim's brother on suspicion the attack stemmed from a quarrel between the brothers.
