Olmert's spokesman hints J'lem deal may not be possible by deadline

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's spokesman hinted Sunday that an agreement with the Palestinians on Jerusalem might not be possible by the year-end deadline the sides have set. Mark Regev said Israel wants to agree on a "framework and methodology" for resolving the dispute. He said Israel hopes there will be a full agreement, but noted that "Jerusalem is one of the most difficult issues to solve."
