Palestinian sentenced to 11 months in jail for stoning cars near Taibe

A 19-year-old Palestinian from Tulkarm was sentenced to 11 months in jail on Sunday for pelting cars with stones at the entrance to Taibe four months ago in an illegal demonstration.
The judge said that in his sentencing he considered the fact that the teen was the only one of the demonstrators who was tried, as well as the remorse he expressed, his age and his "personal circumstances."
