Witnesses say hundreds of Palestinians have staged a protest in the center of Hebron.
The demonstrators are calling on Hebron residents to reclaim the downtown area where IDF troops guard several Jewish enclaves.
During Sunday's protest, several Jewish settlers pulled down three Palestinian flags and burned one of the banners. Israeli forces pushed the settlers away.
Soldiers then demanded that the Palestinians leave the area. This promoted a scuffle. No one was hurt.
