Petah Tikva: Man arrested after robbing woman in wheelchair

A 32-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday night after he robbed a handicapped woman in a wheelchair in Petah Tikva. According to reports, the man lightly injured the woman when he stole her wallet. He was then chased by the woman's aide who, along with other bystanders, caught the him. Police said that the suspect had a previous criminal record which included theft and violence.
