Police arrest man who had not renewed license since Yom Kippur War

Police in Petah Tikva arrested a 55-year-old man on Tuesday for driving with a license which expired shortly after the Yom Kippur War.
According to the man, he first received a license when he served as a driver in the army in 1973, but has never since bothered to get it renewed.
