Police to question Olmert in Jerusalem for 8th time on Thursday

Outgoing Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will be questioned by police at his official residence in Jerusalem for the eighth time on Thursday, Israel Radio reported Wednesday night. Last month police recommended that Olmert be charged with bribery, breach of public trust, violation of anti-money laundering legislation and fraudulent receipt of goods. According to former National Fraud Unit investigator Dep.-Cmdr. (ret.) Boaz Gutman, Olmert will likely be formally charged in December.
