Supreme Court orders Beit El settlement not to build on disputed land

The High Court on Wednesday issued an injunction ordering the Beit El Local Council and the Beit El Yeshiva to refrain from building on a disputed plot of land on the outskirts of the town.
The court ordered the IDF to ensure that the injunction is carried out and that the land, over which two Palestinians are claiming ownership, is not settled.
