Talansky announces he won't return to Israel to continue cross-exam

Morris Talansky will not return to Israel continue giving his early testimony in the probe of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, the US financier announced in a letter Thursday.
Olmert's lawyers had requested to postpone their cross-examination of Talansky, saying that they were willing to accept the risk that he would not return.
