The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced a 19-year-old youth, who confessed and was convicted for the rape of his 13-year-old sister, to four years in prison on Thursday.
The sister was impregnated following the rape, but aborted the baby when she was six months pregnant.
The court decided to be lenient with the brother because he was a minor when he committed the crime and because he expressed remorse for his deeds.
