Toddler hurt in Kfar Kana accident succumbs to her injuries

An 18-month-old girl who was seriously injured on Sunday afternoon after she was hit by a car in the Arab town of Kfar Kana, succumbed to her wounds. According to the initial police investigation, the toddler was injured when her relative failed to notice she was behind his vehicle, and backed his car into the girl. The toddler sustained head injuries and was evacuated to Haifa's Rambam Hospital in serious condition, where doctors failed to save her life.
