The Nazerath District Court on Wednesday acquitted the Jack Yuzari tour company and one of its bus drivers for the accident in 1999 in which a bus belonging to the company overturned in the Lower Galilee, near Golani Junction, killing 17 people and injuring 34.
The court ruled that the accident was caused by black material found in the road.
