Carmit acquires control of health food firm Rafael’s
Raphael’s was established in 2013 by Rafael Mamber and established its position as a company specializing in the production, development and marketing of natural, healthy food products.

Carmit Candy Industries signed a deal to acquire the firm Rafael’s Healthy & Tasty, which specializes in the manufacture, development and marketing of natural food products, with a turnover exceeding NIS 7 million.As part of the agreement, Carmit acquired 60% of Rafael’s for NIS 620,000. The purchase contract also includes the acquisition of inventory and the transfer of the company’s plant from Hadera to Rishon Lezion, while improving the efficiency of the company and creating synergy between the worlds of granola and chocolate.Raphael’s was established in 2013 by Rafael Mamber and established its position as a company specializing in the production, development and marketing of natural, healthy food products such as granola, health snacks, cereal bars, super-food snacks and more.
