Property swap gets green light

The city of Ra'anana and the Clalit health services fund have agreed to a property swap after several months of negotiations, reports www.local.co.il. The deal enables the city to acquire the health fund's building in Rehov Ahuza, while in return the health fund acquires the car park next to the Beit Loewenstein rehabilitation hospital as well as a "large" sum of money to renovate it. According to the report, official valuers have estimated the two properties as being of equal value.
