Israel Beiteinu head Avigdor Lieberman hit the headlines last month when he announced that he would be prepared to leave his settlement, Nokdim, southeast of Bethlehem. "I even agree to vacate my settlement if there really will be a two-state solution," he told The Washington Post, although one might take his comments with a pinch of salt in the context of his interview: "What does the leader of the Israeli Arabs say? They're not interested in any Palestinian state. Even the Palestinians aren't interested in a Palestinian state."
