Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates pledged on Wednesday a grant of $80 million for the Palestinian Authority.
PA Finance Minister Umar Abdel Razek said that the money would go to pay PA government employees' salaries.
Earlier Wednesday, PA Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh told his cabinet that the PA's coffers were empty.
