Forty percent of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip do not believe Hamas emerged victorious from Operation Cast Lead, according to Channel 10. Analyst Zvi Yehezkeli quoted a poll saying Palestinians in the West Bank were giving Hamas "a little more credit," but that even there, a significant number of people surveyed were not buying into Hamas's declarations of victory. The channel did not cite the company which conducted the poll.
