Elderly Palestinian man in W. Bank says he was bitten by IDF dog

A 99-year-old Palestinian man in the West Bank village of Tamoun said he was attacked and bitten by a dog accompanying IDF soldiers during an arrest raid late on Friday night. The IDF said it was checking the report. Salem Bani Odeh said he was in his bed when soldiers stormed his home and the dog attacked him, biting his left ear and shoulder repeatedly. Odeh was taken to a hospital where the medical report shows he received stitches for a large gash in the ear.
