Hamas reports its men foiled an assassination attempt by Fatah

The Hamas military wing reported on Tuesday that its men had successfully foiled an attack targeting senior Hamas commander in Khan Yunis, Amjad Abu Naja.
According to Hamas, Fatah men planted an explosives device outside Naja's home early on Tuesday morning, and shot at the house. Hamas gunmen managed to pursue the assassins and scare them away, the terror group said.
Hamas assessed that the Fatah men planned to activate the device when Naja left the house for the morning prayers.
