Hebron: Palestinian calls Blair 'a terrorist'

Hebron man calls Blair

Palestinian guards in Hebron stopped a man who hurled abuse at EU special Mideast envoy Tony Blair on Tuesday, Israel Radio reported. The man, who Reuters reported was carrying a bag, yelled at Blair, calling him "a terrorist." The man also shouted, "He is not welcome in the land of Palestine," according to Reuters. Blair was quoted as telling reporters after the incident, "You know, he made his protest and that's fair enough." The former UK prime minister escaped the attack without injury.
