Mashaal: Schalit talks 'at a standstill' due to Israeli unreliability

Talks with Israel over the release of captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit are "at a standstill," Hamas leader-in-exile Khaled Mashaal was quoted as saying Monday, blaming "a lack of reliability of Israeli negotiators."
Le Figaro newspaper quoted Mashaal as saying that Israeli negotiators were continuing to rehash issues already agreed upon.
The French daily said Mashaal gave the interview from a residence in Damascus.
