New photos have emerged of Omran Daqneesh, the 5-year-old boy from Aleppo who became the symbol of Syrian suffering. Daqneesh was originally photographed in August 2016 following an attack on Aleppo. Omran's brother, Ali, was killed in the same strike. On Monday this week, Omran and his family were interviewed on Syrian pro-government news channel Al Mayadeen TV, according to ABC news.
