Reconciliation talks between Fatah and Hamas will resume on April 23 in Cairo, top Palestinian negotiator Ahmed Qurei said Tuesday. The talks will once again focus on the formation of a national unity government and the distribution of power within that government, until general elections are held in January 2010.
