Report: Indirect talks between Israel and Hizbullah make 'major progress'

Indirect talks on prisoner exchange between Israel and Hizbullah that are being sponsored by the UN have made "major progress," Reuters reported Monday.
According to the report, Lebanese political sources stated that talks with Hizbullah officials, run by a German mediator, were held in Beirut last week, and "a breakthrough appeared close."
