Saniora: '15 years of development has disappeared'

"Lebanon is caught in a deep recession following the war that caused 15 years of development to disappear," Lebanese Prime Minister Faud Saniora said on Thursday.
Seniora was speaking at a convention of nations contributing to Lebanon's rehabilitation from the damage caused by the conflict with Israel.
