World Bank calls on Israel to boost West Bank trade

The World Bank says Israel can make West Bank cargo crossings more efficient to boost Palestinian trade, even within its system of movement restrictions.
The bank also said in a report Monday that the Palestinian economy would not recover unless restrictions were eased significantly.
