Four mortar shells fired from the Gaza Strip landed in the western Negev early Friday afternoon.

The projectiles landed in open areas, causing no casualties or damage.

Palestinians shell Negev with Grads, mortar attacks

Earlier on Friday, Shots were fired at IDF soldiers near the southern border of the Gaza Strip.

No injuries were reported and no damage was caused as a result.
