Small aircraft crashes while trying to land in Rishon Lezion; pilot sustains light injuries.

A small plane crashed Sunday morning in Rishon Lezion, near the Superland amusement park.

The ultralight aircraft was in the process of landing when the crash occurred.

Firefighters and Magen David Adom paramedics arrived at the crash site to rescue the pilot from the plane.

The pilot sustained light injuries and was treated by paramedics on the scene.
