Police probe death of boy, 3, found under rubble at construction site in north

The lifeless body of a three-year-old boy was pulled from the rubble of a construction site in the Galilee village of Arab a-Naim on Friday.

The lifeless body of a three-year-old boy was pulled from the rubble of a construction site in the Galilee village of Arab a-Naim on Friday.
The boy’s parents notified police of the boy’s disappearance shortly before the gruesome discovery. A Magen David Adom medical crew pronounced the boy dead at the site.
Police have launched a criminal investigation into the incident. The initial findings of the probe indicate that the boy was caught underneath a pile of rocks and dust that was unloaded at the site by a truck.
“At 7:25 p.m. a report was received regarding an unconscious child in an area near a tent in the village of Arab a-Naim, not far from Misgav,” according to MDA. “Paramedics reported that a three-year-old boy was found with no sign of life.”
