WATCH: A very special interview with Gilad Schalit
Interviewers Efrat and Matanel from Shalva recently met the former soldier held captive by Hamas for five years.

The Shalva organization, which works with special needs children and their integration into the community, recently sent two of its best reporters, Efrat and Matanel, for a unique interview with Gilad Schalit. Former IDF soldier Schalit spent five years as a captive of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, and returned to Israel in October 2011, as part of a prisoner exchange between Israel and the Islamist organization.This encounter is part of the film "Special Interview", a joint production by Ynet and Shalva, and appears here courtesy of the two. The interview was produced by Benovici Communication. The full film was to be aired by Israel's Channel 2 television on September 19 at 9 p.m.
