Ronit Raphael is a name closely associated with exclusive, top-quality salon treatments in Israel and abroad. The Ronit Raphael salons are committed to youthful looking skin and to “making you feel beautiful with your age.”
During a recent visit to the Ronit Raphael salon in Tel Aviv, I had two special treatments – the relaxing OXY-STAR anti-pigmentation treatment and a classic facial – both of which were performed by the highly experienced and knowledgeable beautician Nathalie.
The first treatment, the OXYSTAR anti-pigmentation, was literally a breath of fresh air. Pure oxygen, infused with microscopic drops of L. Raphael’s anti-aging formula, is systematically sprayed onto the skin. The jet pressure painlessly peels off the upper layers of the epidermis to tighten and dramatically reduce the appearance of pigmentation and blemishes.
It is recommended to have this treatment a day before a special event. It is a calming experience and immediately rejuvenates the skin, making it look and feel younger and smoother.
Then we continued with the exfoliating peeling facial, which meticulously cleansed my skin, paying careful attention to the problematic areas. Nathalie was extremely thorough and used a variety of products from the range of advanced skincare products called L. Raphael, which smell as lovely as they feel.
Although mostly painless, the treatment did leave my skin slightly red and sensitive. This is why it is not recommended to do it immediately before a special event but rather a few days before. But I must admit that when I woke up the next morning, my skin already looked and felt radiant.
The price of the OXY-STAR anti-pigmentation treatment, together with the classic facial, starts at NIS 990. They recommend a series of treatments for optimal results. It may be a bit pricey, but for a high-end beauty experience, it is a worthwhile investment.
