For Israeli comedian Yohay Sponder, no topic is off-limits. Sponder, along with his fellow Israeli comedians doing stand-up in English, takes to the stage at the Chelsea Hotel in Tel Aviv every Monday to... 'educate' the English speaking audience on today's Israeli headlines. Elor Azaria has been one of the most talked about headlines of the past year, and as Sponder explains quite simply, "He's an IDF soldier who shot a terrorist. Everyone wants this terrorist dead." Azaria was charged with manslaughter and sentenced to 18 months in jail, and recently made headlines again as his Appeals Court hearing began. You can see Sponder perform live in Tel Aviv on Monday, May 8 at the Chelsea Hotel.
