Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted a holiday greeting in Hebrew, wishing his Jewish friends a happy Hanukkah on Friday.

The warm gesture prompted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to respond in kind - with a tweet in Hindi.
