As a young girl, Lisa Wilson always knew what her wedding would look like. So when her fiancé, Robert, proposed marriage, she began to prepare for the most special day in her life.

In light of the dire circumstances, the young couple changed their wedding plans. In deference to the bride’s terminally ill father, the couple decided to stage the ceremony at his bedside in a hospital in Orange, California.

David passed away earlier this month, but the tear-jerking video of the wedding has turned into an Internet sensation on social media.
