Moroccan born model Imane Fadil died two weeks ago due to chronic organ failure after saying she feels sick, The Telegraph reported.

The model was one of only three women willing to testify in court that the parties held by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi were not dinner parties, as other women claimed, but sex events he used to call 'Bunga Bunga' parties.

An inquiry had been launched into the details surrounding her death.

The model told friends and family she thinks she was poisoned, Milan prosecutor Francesco Greco said.

The authorities have collected a book the late model was working on about her experiences, I news reported.
