Hapoel Jerusalem erased a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit last night at Malha Arena to defeat Ironi Ashkelon 83-80 and advance to the semifinals of the BSL league cup.

Yogev Ohayon (above, shooting) scored 20 points and dished out 10 assists for Jerusalem, which will face Hapoel Gilboa/Galil in the semis.

Gilboa, the reigning BSL champion, defeated Bnei Hasharon 77-70 in Sunday’s other quarterfinal, also at Malha, on the strength of Jack McClint’s 17 points.
