NEW YORK - Israeli defender Leo Krupnik has signed on with the Red Bulls of Major League Soccer.
Krupnik, 29, must wait until Wednesday to be added to the team's 24-man roster because of the international transfer window. The New Jersey-based Red Bulls were waiting for his international transfer certificate.
Krupnik appeared in 30 matches last season for Maccabi Haifa of the Israel Premier League and helped the club win its 11th league title. (JTA)
