Tennis: Ram and Dechy advance to quarterfinals in Paris
Israelis defeat sixth-seeded pairing of Elena Vesnina and Daniel Nestor, 6-4. 4-6, 10-7.

Andy Ram and Nathalie Dechy advanced to the quarterfinals of the Roland Garros mixed doubles tournament on Sunday in Paris, defeating the sixth-seeded pairing of Elena Vesnina and Daniel Nestor, 6-4. 4-6, 10-7.
Ram and Dechy, who won the mixed doubles title at Roland Garros two years ago, are now just two wins away from a second straight Grand Slam final after losing in the title match at the Australian Open earlier this year.
In the quarterfinals, Ram will face his men's doubles partner Max Mirnyi and Nadia Petrova, who are seeded No. 4 in the mixed doubles tournament. They had defeated Su-Wei Hsieh and Ashley Fisher 6-3, 6-3 on Saturday to reach the quarters.
