Zohar Shushan and Sapir Reuveni were one of the four pairs representing Israel in the under 20 European beach volleyball championship, that took place in Tel Aviv this past weekend.

Both women have been playing volleyball for about 10 years in their home town Hadera, but Shushan and Reuveni only joined forces in the beach version of the game three years ago, after representing Israel together at the Maccabiah games in Italy.

The 19-year-old athletes say that the secret to their game is not how hard they hit the ball, nor how high they jump, but their chemistry on the court.
