Internationally acclaimed choreographer Rachel Erdos presents a full evening of work this Thursday night. The program will consist of three pieces: Alma, Inside It’s Raining and the world premier of Ou. Erdos immigrated to Israel from England eight years ago and has since captured the attention of dance lovers at home and abroad. The duet Alma has not been performed in Israel for over two years, during which time it won first place in The 2008 Aarhus International Choreography Competition in Denmark. Having previously taken part in both The Shades of Dance Festival in 2007 and Curtain Up in 2009, Erdos now mounts an entirely independent production, which will showcase her delightful choreography at the Suzanne Dellal Center. Musician Alberto Shwartz has composed original scores for all three pieces. An event that is not to be missed.
