But a very special performance of the show, starring Dvir Bendek and Tal Moseri, will take place on August 29 at 5.30 p.m. when a benefit is staged for the Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital at the Sheba Medical Center.Included in the NIS 250 admission will be dinner and a meeting with the actors backstage. Ozric Tentacles get hold of Tel AvivOne of the most non-commercial indie bands you’ll ever have the chance to see is making its Israeli debut in October when British instrumental phenomenon Ozric Tentacles come to town. Formed in 1984, the psychedelic space rockers have released an astonishing 28 album as of last year, selling over a million copies without ever enjoying the support of a major label.In the 1980s the band built a strong cult fan base on the festival circuit, becoming favorites at the Glastonbury Festival, and selling their music on cassettes at shows. The brainchild of its one constant member, Ed Wynne, the band now features his wife and son, as well. The show will take place on October 8 at the Barby club.
