Recipe
Cake base:
50 grams roasted and ground hazelnuts
150 grams butter cookie crumbs
70 grams melted butter
50 grams flour
Cake filling:
500 grams cream cheese (30%)
250 grams white cheese (5-9%)
100 grams sugar
330 grams white chocolate
120 grams sweetened cream
6 eggs
Cream topping:
3 small containers (750 grams) of sour cream
3 spoons of confectioner’s sugar
Berry syrup:
200 grams frozen berries
200 grams sugar
Juice from half a lemon
