The agribusiness in Brazil

<div style="text-align: justify;">Brazil is a major exporter of raw materials. Among the main products exported is soy, but the legacy of this production is not beneficial to Brazil.</div> <div>In order to produce soybeans and other grains, Brazil consumes 115 trillion liters of fresh water per year, uses more than 10 million tons of agro-chemicals and increases deforestation every year.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In addition, the social effects are not favorable to the population. The mode of production of soy concentrates incomes and social indicators are very low in Brazil. For example, the state of Mato Grosso, the largest soybean producer in the country, has only 22% of the population with basic sanitation, such as sewage, which worsens public health.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Brazil needs to think about a new way of producing its wealth.</div>
