Are we ready for the Int'l court?

This paper reports:

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday signed onto more than 20 international treaties, including the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court...The move, certain to anger Israel and the US, paves the way for the court to take jurisdiction over crimes committed in the Palestinian territories and investigate the conduct of Israeli and Palestinian leaders...

And has the Ministry of Justice set up a team?
The "crime of settlement" stems from this:-

Article 7 (1) (d)Crime against humanity of deportation or forcible transfer of populationElements1. The perpetrator deported or forcibly12 transferred,13 without grounds permitted under international law, one or more persons to another State or location, by expulsion or other coercive acts....4. The conduct was committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population.5. The perpetrator knew that the conduct was part of or intended the conduct to be part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population.12 The term “forcibly” is not restricted to physical force, but may include threat of force or coercion, such as that caused by fear of violence, duress, detention, psychological oppression or abuse of power against such person or persons or another person, or by taking advantage of a coercive environment13 “Deported or forcibly transferred” is interchangeable with “forcibly displaced”.
See, too, this article.

How this applies to Jews taking up residence in their national homeland, I do not know.
But I do hope that someone in government knows, although I am not sure.
