See you Pals. in court?

The Palestinian Authority hinted Saturday that it was considering complaining to the International Criminal Court against Israel for approving the construction of 3000 housing units in east Jerusalem and the West Bank.  PLO Executive Committee member Hanan Ashrawi said that the Israeli decision was a "war crime" and an "act of aggression against the State of Palestine." She said that the decision was a flagrant violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which defines humanitarian protections for civilians in a war zone and outlaws the practice of total war.

Finally!
First of all, I thank the Pals. for forcing the Israeli government to decide upon a Zionist act: continuing the return of Jews to out national homeland.
Second, if indeed a court case develops, it will force the world to deal with Article 6 of the decision of the League of Nations in July 1922 (following the April 1920 decision at San Remo) which guaranteed the following:

The Administration of Palestine, while ensuring that the rights and position of other sections of the population are not prejudiced, shall facilitate Jewish immigration under suitable conditions and shall encourage, in co-operation with the Jewish agency referred to in Article 4, close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes.

Can I repeat that?

and shall encourage…close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes

The “land” at that moment included, at least, all the territory west of the Jordan River, i.e. Judea, Samaria, Gaza and what we know as the state of Israel.
So, maybe the “state of Palestine” is engaged in a war crime against the Jewish national home?
Third, in response, it might be that Benjamin Netanyahu will now be forced to adopt all or portions of the Levy Report.
Isn’t amazing that it is the Arabs that make a critical contribution to the fulfillment of Zionism?
They engage in terror, and not diplomacy, forcing Israel to defend itself which then leads to the increase on territory.
They avoid diplomacy after it is proffered even by Menachem Begin, the ‘extremist’, so-called, which leads to increased residency of Jews in the administered territories.
And so on.
So, will we see them in court?

we have to convince Palestinians that direct negotiations with Israel represent not just the best but the only path to the independent state they deserve

What America should be doing is more - telling the PA that without democracy (Abbas'' re-election is four years overdue), without an end to incitement, without a proper clampdown on terror, they get no support and no money.
