One person was killed and two others were seriously injured in a car accident on the northbound Route 40 between the Lahavim and Dvira junctions in the Negev on Tuesday morning. A number of other people were lightly injured in what police said was a chain accident involving several vehicles. Route 40 was closed to traffic in the aftermath of the accident.
